Worst experience I have had renting equipment. Ive rented twice in 34 years from this shop and wonder why I went back a second time.... Customer service or knowledge of how to operate their own equipment? Given instructions and followed to the letter but the equipment was inoperable. Called immediately and since they were all too busy to help or even consider taking a phone # to call us back, again NO!! We were told just to bring the equipment back BUT we were also told there would be NO CHARGE, well, yup, there was a charge.
